The real name of Dundar House is Yuannes Church and it is known that it was built in the 19th century. After the Greeks left the region, it became a private property. The main entrance is through an arched stone door. The entrance area has 3 floors. The windows on the entrance floor are small and square. The windows on the second floor are larger and rectangular. On the third floor, the window tops are completed with an arch. The main prayer hall is one floor. It opens to the outside with arched windows on the side facades. There are oval protrusions on both sides. On the facade, to the right and left of the main entrance, there are stone carvings that have been deleted. On the second floor, between the wall, stone carvings and motifs specific to Byzantine architecture were used.
