This festival, the first of which was held in 1978, is held in the Orhangazi district of Bursa every year in the first week of November, when the olive harvest begins. In the competitions held within the scope of the festival, The best in olive garden, olive, olive oil food, composition and photography branches are selected and awards are delivered. In addition, olives produced by the local people, olive oil and local tastes made from the olive oil of the region are exhibited and presented to the participants. The festival ends with a parade with olives produced by local people living in the villages of the region.
