This festival, held in the Gürsu district of Bursa, is arranged every year in the middle of August. Pear, one of the most important local products of Bursa, is served during the opening march together with the Historical Mehteran Team, athletes and participants within this festival, which takes place during the harvest season. In addition, a "best pear" competition is also held. Local products and the most beautiful pears are exhibited at the stands set up in the festival area.
