Tayyare Cultural Center

One of the first modern cinema, theater and concert halls in the history of the Republic, it was built by the Tayyare Society (Turkish Aeronautical Association) in line with the project of the famous architect Arif Hikmet Koyunoğlu and put into service in 1932. The Tayyare Cultural Center, which was restored by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality in 2018, took its place in Bursa's cultural life with 700-people concert-performance, 4 exhibition halls and 100-people meeting halls. Tayyare Cultural Center serves for multipurpose uses with its sophisticated stage system, sound-light-projection and cinema, as well as simultaneous systems that allow translation in 3 languages at the same time, as well as backstage, seminar and meeting rooms, technical rooms, foyer and cocktail hall.
