International Stork Festival

The festival, which is held in Eskikarağaç Village in Karacabey district of Bursa, is held in the last week of May every year. This place, which is one of the stopping points on the migration route of the storks, is also called the "Stork Village". This festival, held every year to celebrate the coming of storks and spring, attracts many participants from Turkey and the world. As part of the festival, the participants spend time with nature with a torchlight procession, Uluabat lake tour, bicycle tours and "Stork Run", while local folk dance shows and concerts of many artists meet with the audience in the open air. In addition, local delicacies and products made by the local people are also exhibited in the stands.
