Bakircilar Bazaar is one of the bazaars that gave its name to its vicinity and a bazaar that shows unity with its surrounding stores. It is located in the vicinity of the Uzun Carsi where the Han-i Cedid (Pirinc Inn) is. It is indicated in Bursa Registry Records that in 1620 coppersmiths shopped at the Bit Bazaar (flea market) and Gelincik Bazaar and always came to these shops to sell old and new coppers. At one point, lathe machine shops were at this bazaar. After it was severely damaged in the fire of 1958, it was rebuilt. Today, it is mainly being used for trading purposes.
